Yes! It is now on its second sales award (>25, <50 copies); the Expanded Majors deck has only sold 6 copies in a year. :icon_e_sad:

I feel those 2 terms (as is) are interchangeable. To me - an Indy deck is published by an Indy (Indie?) publisher, meaning that the publisher makes marketing and other decisions such as print runs, then sells the deck to the public, paying a royalty to the deck creator.
