oooh....beautiful! looks very interesting, with a nice illustrative style. that's one of the most beautiful, benign devil cards i've ever seen.

(i'd be so tempted to trim it to the black hieroglyph border and edge it in jet black!)

Me too! But one must not deface an OOP deck that’s worth a lot of $$. If we love one another enough to know we shall never part, then perhaps. The book hadn’t even been opened, no creases on the spine. I’m using a lot of those lil sticky bookmarks as I read. Very enlightening, Barrett is. I’m learning a ton about the origins of tarot, things I had never heard before, & I started reading around ‘72.

But still, my go-to’s are RWS, Viceversa, Moon Garden (hey, it can be wicked)...

RWS is still my go-to too, at least when reading for other people face-to-face. The more I've already read for someone, the more likely I am to use the Marseille.

My go to deck when reading for others is my Roots of Asia, I use no other for sitters. I have absolute faith in the integrity and accuracy of it.
I have a spare which I use for myself. My other decks lay idly in a cabinet.
