Pick a deck to accompany you through your week. Tarot, Lenormand, Oracles, any tool of divination is welcome. Let us know in the comments which deck you chose, and I'll add you to the list in this first post.
Before we start, tell us more about your deck and your expectations.
On Monday, we start drawing a card each day. Draw your daily card at the time you choose, morning or evening. If you don't have the time to read every day, just jump in when you can.
Sharing pictures is great but not required.
How do the energies of your daily card manifest in your life?
If you want to, you can experiment with the well-known routine and use two decks instead of one.
You may pull together all the cards of the week for one "how was my week?" reading before moving on to the next deck.
Do whatever you need to get the maximum power out of your daily reading, and feel free to share!

I should be working with my beach/aquatic decks, but my Spooky Cats Tarot arrived last week, and I want to familiarize myself with it. I'll post the card of the day here, but might be able to post a full review in the near future.

No worries :)
I'm going to be very boring and play with my Rohrig (Thoth again).
Our Tarot is on its way to me. Until it arrives I'll stick with Thothie decks.

The pic doesn't do the card justice.
The book says
"Construction and it's consequences.
The architect and the artist.
Energy, drive and perseverance."
I went shopping today. That's it. I suppose in my case it counts as energy, drive and perseverance!
Mind you I have swollen foot from possibly overdoing it so construction and consequences could apply to!

DDwarks, at the very least I'd say you exemplified the "perseverance" part of the card!
~*~*~*~
Well, what a fantastic beginning! The 10 of Cups:
This is the ultimate culmination of relationships. (Or at least a great way to spend some time -- in a doughnut shop!). I feel as though everyone in the area came to the library today. School is out, people are signing up for the summer reading programs and picking up copies of our summer schedules, getting library cards and checking out materials. This bodes well for the rest of the summer, although we do have a couple of, er, challenging patrons who are going to stretch the staff's patience. Perhaps this card is telling me to bring in doughnuts every week to help the staff handle the stress.

Re: Deck of Week #26: June 25 - July 1st
Thank you Seldes! I've decided to be less of a party animal for a day or two to recover a bit.
I'll rock-'n'-roll it back down the shops on Thursday or Friday !
I'm looking forward to seeing more of your cards this week. What an interesting deck!
My Tuesday card. 8 of Swords.
I couldn't find it online on its own so I'm posting the best I could find. It's the 1st one (left).
Notice that poor man agonising between "the girl next door" on the left and the "pornographic" one on the right
From the book:
Unsettledness and indecision.
Choice between 2 possibilities.
Overcoming inner hindrances.
We'll see how it goes!
Update:
I'm pleased to report I've had no inclinations to get new breasts today! Ha!
I can't think of what the card could be referring to.
Do I see my body as a hindrance?
Well yes obviously.
I get its not its fault though. I haven't felt any more held back today than any other day.
Interesting looking card though!

Re: Deck of Week #26: June 25 - July 1st
Seven of Brooms (Wands):
Standing your ground, dealing with conflict. Or maybe I'm just being defensive.
I don't remember there being much conflict today -- it was pretty quiet, especially compared to yesterday. Perhaps this is something that's coming in the near future?
DDwarks, I feel sorry for whoever had that original reading -- it seems pretty depressing all the way around. The card on the left is the Eight of Swords? Perhaps it's not about body issues, so much as emotional issues or problems to which you have an emotional attachment of some sort?

Re: Deck of Week #26: June 25 - July 1st
It's VERY possible Seldes. Yesterday was such a nothing day I thought. But I didn't look after myself as well as I should have done (diet wise) and I've paid a heavy price for it today.
TOWER
The 8 of Swords of yesterday is kind of making sense now. I've put on so much weight with the steroid meds that I was quite pleased yesterday about not feeling that hungry.
Today has been horrible. I had to lay down all day from feeling so ill. It feels like a huge step backwards. I know my barely eating yesterday caused it so lesson learned. Hopefully it's just a little setback and I can rebuild my myself quickly enough.

Re: Deck of Week #26: June 25 - July 1st
So, Wednesday was a day when plans didn't quite happen. Perhaps that's the point to Wednesday's card, Strength:
This card seems to be more about willpower than actual physical strength. The cat has a mouse but isn't eating it. Things didn't go as expected, but I persevered. And I did accomplish various tasks, so I can't complain.
Today's card is The Sun:
And now I think the deck's just messing with me, because we had rain all day yesterday, and today looks like more of the same. However, The Sun is a positive card, and I'm hoping that means today will go well. We're having our first big program of the summer at my library, and I'm expecting a large crowd, so having it go well would be a huge plus.
~*~*~*~
Feel better soon, DDwarks!

I just got my Spooky cats tarot yesterday, and I was thinking about joining and using it and the next daily draw stealing my thunder a bit but that's OK, great minds think a likeSeldes Katne wrote: ↑25 Jun 2018, 23:20 DDwarks, at the very least I'd say you exemplified the "perseverance" part of the card!
