Yes, best Christmas wishes to everyone who celebrates it. In my parents' house, it's traditional German Christmas, full of family, songs, atmosphere and Gemütlichkeit. Oh, and some Prosecco, too ;-)

Nemia, we're having some wine from Pfalz and a cherry stollen that came from the import shop. We also have one of those incense smokers you Germans seem to like. He's a snowman and the smoke comes out of his pipe. He's delightful.

I LOVE food, so since Christmas Eve it has been full on with seafood, hot and cold meats, vegetables, snacks, fruit and cheese platters, and drinks galore etc. To start today off, which is CHRISTMAS DAY, smoked salmon on sough dough toast with eggs and hollandaise plus ALL DAY AT ANYTIME seafood, ham, turkey, roasts, vegetables and whatever is on the menu including Christmas desserts.


ENJOY CHRISTMAS AND BOXING DAY LIKE IT SHOULD BE ENJOYED!!!

We have Champagne, Rioja, a Pinot Blanc from Mosel and some excellent alcohol free beer by Brew Dog called 'Nanny State'.
