How do I create one here?

First find the image you want and save it to your computer or phone, make sure max size is no more than 200 pixels by 200 pixels, I resized my avatar using paint.net

Then go to your user control panel and click on profile tab then click on edit avatar tab, click on choose file and add image from your computer files or photo album files on a phone and upload file, so long as it's within max pixel size should load ok.

There are no gallery avatars available at this time so will have to be a file upload.

i guess need to figure where to put some avatars in. but don't where to get them or get some smilies either

The smilies are on the right when you are writing your post..

If you add avatars to the board though, people choose the same ones and it gets confusing like on AT. No avatar looks better.
