I think I got it. I had to resize my image to 200x200 pixels or less.

I don't think there's a minimum number. I'm sure I had fewer than 24 posts when I went with Barney, here. It may have even been the first thing I did.

You can change it in your profile (via user control panel). Perhaps you need a minimum number of posts?
