I had a Mudjadara tonight with a tomato and cucumber salad.

That would be me, haHA! Peckers aka stuffed green peppers, hamburg is a groundup cow & TVP is textured vegetable protein. TVP is dry & granulated for vegetarians or vegans. Just add water & spices, onions, etc., form into patties to fry or a meatless loaf to bake. Pretty tasty, actually.

I got an Instant Pot for Christmas that’s been daring me to try it but I’m very afraid. And I’ve done a lot of canning in pressure cookers!

my favorite is Kraft Delux shell and cheese with hamburgers cooked in spiced water with french cut green beans and onions. LOL

Most nights Mum and I will have a salad and Mum will cook, fish, shrimps, or squid rings in the Weber....
we do eat a variety of veg....

For pudding (Dessert) Mum will make an Apple pie she makes wrapped in Pastry like pastry pockets .. that are huge but yum with ice cream ...
(this is a few times a week ) Home made off her apple tree ...
