Hi
I'm looking for a relatively old (1970's) tarot deck.
Apparently it was printed in Japan and published by Keishobou (artist was some Gaichi Muramatsu)
It is an hybrid between the TdM art style and the RWS illustrations.
In HERE you can see the box and some of the cards...
I've already searched everywhere but it seems to be pretty rare...
Maybe someone here has it around or has seen it

You need to search for Isao Nakai's tarot.
Even though he only wrote the book for the Keishobou tarot, only his name appears on the box.

-Magic Mirror on the wall... Can I import my deck from abroad?
-Search in Amazon, yo
...
The perks of knowing a bit of Japanese
And it only costed 58US with shipping to Mexico
I'll let you know what I think of it later

Re: ISO Keishobou Tarot
Received it!
The art of the cards is as insteresting as it seemed on the low-quality pics I had seen
I'll need a lot more Japanese to read throught all these Moonrunes
I wonder what variations can be found on card interpretation in other countries...

What were your thoughts on the deck? And did you get it through Amazon 'cause I can't find it anywhere except that same eBay ad :)

Re: ISO Keishobou Tarot
So far I have not used it much... It takes me some time to adapt to the use of the deck's imagery.
Overall I'm quite pleased with it. Certainly worth the effort of finding it.
Also, I bought it from the Japanese Amazon (literally, the Japanese page, kanji and all)
You need an account in the .jp domain because the American Amazon won't do. Once in, you can set it to translate some parts of the page to English, product descriptions and links will remain in Japanese, though.
The book is in HERE, you'll need to select one of the cheaper versions (there's one for about 3800 Yen (34 US) plus shipping)
Take into account that those are used books, however, I have literally never bought an used Japanese product that wasn't near mint condition. They are incredibly careful about the state of the items they sell secondhand, to the point where I'd rather buy used than new (it will basically be "good as new" without the "new" price tag).
