Anyone else not able to log in?
I'm only able to create a post because I'm still logged in on my phone...
Yesterday I was unable to log in to the forum on my laptop. I've never had issues before. When I try to log in, it acts like everything is normal (no error messages, no wrong password message or anything like that) but when the page refreshes I'm not actually logged in. I still see the "Register" and "Login" options at the top right, instead of seeing my username as usual.
I'm not able to post or chat. I'm not even able to send a form email to admin.
Weirdly, after I go through this process I see my name at the bottom of the screen with the active registered users. It's like it recognizes that I logged in, but I'm not actually logged in.
Anyone else experiencing this issue?

I should add...the problem STARTED yesterday...I thought I'd just give it time but it has not resolved.

Re: Anyone else not able to log in?
Hi Raven
You are not the only one currently experiencing problems to log in. Staff is acutely aware of the issue. It especially affects Fire Fox users.
In most cases, it can be solved by clearing one's browser's cache, most of all cookies. Your browser's 'settings' menu should offer you that option.
Please keep us posted on progress made.

Thanks Michael. I am responding again from my phone, but will try this on my computer today. I am indeed primarily a Firefox user, although I do have other browsers on my laptop that I can use if needed.

It did work for me. I was able to sign in using Firefox once I removed cookies related to this site. Thanks, Michael.

Re: Anyone else not able to log in?
You are welcome. Glad you are (fully) back with us!
And thanks for bringing the topic up again this way. It was occasionally talked about in some form or another on this board lately, but it warrants repetition for those who weren't reached so far.
So it's helpful to keep spreading the word, until (hopefully) the responsible software glitch will be taken care of for good.

Re: Anyone else not able to log in?
I had contact with gurupcc, the creator of the Bharata Tarot, and he can't log in here either. It would be a pity to lose such a creative interesting member. I'll tell him to try the cache and cookies trick (which didn't work for me, I use Opera for ET now).

Re: Anyone else not able to log in?
I saw on Cartomancy that several people are having problems logging in here and use Firefox, but I use that and have had no problems at all. Clearing the cache is all I can think of

Re: Anyone else not able to log in?
I had repeated problems with Chrome even after clearing cache and cookies but after a few tries it seems to be fine again.

Re: Anyone else not able to log in?
I had the problem on Safari and clearing the cookies solved it immediately.
